Everything was on point! From the greet, to the service, food and manager/owner table visit! Even the food runner was happy and you could tell everyone loves their job. 2 top with margarita's, an app & meals... $31 I'd pay twice that amount for the overall quality we just experienced You just created a return guest! We thank you Gustavo's!!

Ate here today during lunch at work. Huge lunch special selection. Around 20 meals to pick from. Priced between $5.99 and $8.99. The free salsa was ok. I've had better at El Nopal. Everything else was great. My coworkers' meals also looked good. The employees were super nice and friendly. If I'm near here again, I will eat here again. Wish one was in Louisville.

On my first visit to the LaGrange location I was so pleased with the decor and atmosphere. He did a really nice job pulling the tables outside to create a "patio" and the large plants make you forget you are in a shopping center area. The bar is a great centerpiece inside. The food is as good as I would expect being a long-time fan of the Crestwood location. I tried the Chicken Fajitas for the first time. The sizzling onions and peppers were so good and the chicken strips were tender and very well seasoned. Service was great, friendly, and prompt.

Gustavo's is the spot to eat in Lagrange. Whether you are looking to have some drinks with some friends or a sit down dinner with family, they do it all very well. Great prices, fast service and the staff is over the top nice. I have never had something here that I haven't liked and I've probably been over 30 times now. Don't look further, just go eat here.

We wanted a cool spot for dinner (road trip from Nashville to Cleveland), preferably with outdoor dining (since we have a 4 month old with us). This place was PERFECT! Loved the ambiance, service was great and food was good. We eat Mexican food a lot and the guac was freshly made and the salsa was delicious. Great fit for us. Love it when we can find little gems like this on a road trip :)

Had my first meal here today. We had a group of about 15 guys that usually meet once a month a a different place. I was pleasantly surprised by not only the food but, also the service. Most ordered off the lunch menu. there are a bunch of specials for lunch ranging in price from $5.99 to $8.99. There was a $2 off coupon on my recent Kroger receipt so I opted to go big. I ordered the Especial Gustavo Signature Fajitas. Comes with Chicken, Beef, Pork Ribs, Sausage, Shrimp and all the condiments. It was delicious but, they need to just have the pork off the bones. the meat was tough and impossible to eat on a tortilla. It was a huge portion and I had plenty to take home for dinner. I also agreed with a previous reviewer that the salsa is too watery. Our service was outstanding. the server took our orders quickly and the food was served very fast and piping hot. All I heard from everyone was compliments on everything. Looks like we found a place we will frequent on a regular basis.

Mexican Cuisine

If you enjoy Taco Tuesday, then you have officially fallen in love with the Mexican Food. The main grain of Mexican cuisine is maize. Also known as corn, maize is grown for the past 9000 years after the crop was discovered by the people in Mayan civilization. Mexican empire flourished when they started growing beans, tomatoes, chili pepper, sweet potato and cactus. Till this date these ingredients are used in cooking authentic Mexican dishes and drinks.

Great use of spices, fresh chili pepper dishes like fajitas, tortilla chips, corn chips, salsa, chimichangas, burritos, nachos and quesadillas are invented in America. But when you are looking for authentic Mexican food then you must find a restaurant in the city that serves Rajas con Queso, Garbanzo in a Guajillo Chile Sauce, Pork Filled Chiles Rellenos, Chiles en Nogada, Molcajete Salsa, Pico de Gallo and Frijoles de la Olla. An eye-opening fact – Mexican don't like their food hot. They use fresh chili and other spices to create a flavor that lingers in your mouth.

Mexican food is great for those who are Gluten Intolerant as they use Corn instead of wheat in most of their dishes. Also, you can easily find many beans based Mexican dishes. Another dish which didn't get similar glory as tacos or nachos is the Mexican hot chocolate. If you love something hot on a chilly day, then go for Mexican Hot Chocolate. On merry days, you can enjoy the authentic Mexican Drinks like Tequila, Mezcal, Tecuí, Sotol, Bacanora, Charanda, Posh O Pox, Puebla and Pulque. Mexican Cuisine is for people who enjoy strong drinks and hearty meals.
